USA customers please read:
Shipments from Portugal to the US are suspended starting on August 26th and until our postal services are able to implement a pre-paid duties system, required by US authorities.
The overall information is still very unclear and we are waiting for updates on the new system.
- We'll still accept orders from the US but they'll be on HOLD status until shipping is available again, this way US customers can still purchase new and limited releases and take advantage of sales.
- No order is final and during this time all US customers will be able to request an order cancellation/refund until shipping is resumed. When we have a new system in place we'll contact the customer to get a confirmation to fulfil and ship the order(s). If multiple orders are placed during this time, they'll be combined into one shipment and extra shipping fees will be refunded (free shipping over $100).
- We'll try our best to minimize any inconvenience to our US customers so hopefuly the new system will allow us to prepay any tariffs/fees before shipping. We'll also consider taking all or part of the tariff cost but that will always depend on the new system and any possible fees beyond the 15% announced. We'll do our best to keep everyone updated on the newest information available.
We are extremely apprehensive on how these changes will affect the future of HPP as a huge part of our customers are located in the USA and have been such great supporters for so many years (many since 2015!). We will actively be looking for any new information and keeping customers updated, while still trying to find the best solutions to make shipping to the US as smooth as possible.

What's your processing time?
Estimate of 2 TO 4 WEEKS, unless otherwise stated (please check the shop announcement bar or item description). Items are made to order, therefore the processing time might vary depending on order influx. We appreciate your patience while we work on your new goodies!
When will I receive my order?
We can only offer an estimate, since shipping times may vary due to variables out of our control. Europe: 5 to 14 business days; Worldwide: 10 to 30 business days.
How can I track my orders? How do you ship orders?
We always ship priority mail with tracking, using the national Portuguese postal services (CTT) - so you shpuld receive your order through your national postal services too. To follow your order, we recommend that you use CTT website or you can also use your country's national postal service (such as usps, correos, royal mail, canada post, postNL, etc). Sometimes the tracking only updates when the package enters your country.
What if my order is lost?
If your order is taking longer than the estimate shipping time, you should contact your local postal services right away and open a claim. You should also contact us, so we can open a postal claim as well on our end. An order is considered lost after 90 days of shipment date. If the order is lost we can offer a replacement or shop credit.
Please make sure your address is correct. Orders lost due to incorrect address won't be refunded or replaced. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address we can re-ship the order if the shipping fee is paid again.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
How much are your shipping fees?
This will depend on the destination and item type/weight. You can see the shipping costs before checkout. All orders include a tracking number. Flat rate fee of $4.95 for stickers shipped to most destinations.
Do you accept returns, cancellations or exchanges?
We don't accept returns or exchanges outside of the European Union - only exception: incorrect or damaged items, upon proof provided and/or package returned (customer is responsible for the returning fees).
Cancellations should be requested in 48 hours after the order is placed.
EU customers have a return window of 14 days after receiving the order.
Is VAT included for EU customers?
We do not charge VAT to our European customers, we absorb the 23% fee so you can always shop at the best price we can offer!
Why is my coupon code not working?
We do not allow coupon codes on certain items, such as sale items or perhaps a better coupon might already being offered at that time. Some coupons can't be combined with others.
Do you combine orders?
If your orders are placed a few days apart we are usually able to combine and refund extra shipping fees, please contact us.
My stickers have a problem. Can I get a refund?
If you find anything wrong with your stickers, please contact us immediately and we can offer a replacement, refund or shop credit. Please provide a detailed description and image/video of the problem.
Please keep in mind the stickers are handmade in house, allow slight imperfections, especially foiled items.
Do you offer custom orders?
We don't offer any customization at this time.
How do you use my information?
Hello Petite Paper doesn't have access to any financial information, as it is handled by thrid party providers. You shipping address and email are only used for shipping orders and direct communication with the customers regarding their orders or newsletter emails if the customer has agreed to receive such e-mail newsletters. We do not share or use your information in any other way.
