Due to the current COVID-19 global pandemic, international post is experiencing undetermined shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control. At this point, we do not have an estimate on how long packages will take to arrive, as it depends on how each country is handling mail in response to the pandemic. Although delayed, orders are still being delivered.
We are processing orders within 7 to 14 business days, unless otherwise stated (we are a made to order shop).
The Portuguese postal services are dispatching international packages regularly and packages are leaving Portugal within a few days of acceptance.
We recommend that you use CTT website to track your order, especially if you are in the USA, as USPS is not updating their tracking as usual.

How much are your shipping fees?
This will depend on the destination and item type/weight. You can see the shipping costs before checkout. All orders include a tracking number.
What's your processing time?
Usually 1-3 weeks, depending on the items and how busy the shop is. The current processing time is displayed on the top right side of our shop or in the item description.
When will I receive my order?
We ship from Portugal, in Europe - orders shipped to Europe usually take 5-15 business days and orders shipped to the rest of the world can take 15 to 30 business days. We can only offer an estimate shipping time, as these vary according to destination, shipping method, weather, customs authorities and postal services. Some orders might take over 40 business days to arrive.
What if my order is lost?
If your order is taking longer than the estimate shipping time, you should contact your local postal services right away and/or open a claim. You can also contact us, so we can open a postal claim as well. If your order turns out to be lost, we can offer a refund or replacement.
Please make sure your address is correct. Orders lost due to incorrect address won't be refunded or replaced.
Do you accept returns, cancellations or exchanges?
We don't accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations should be requested in 24 hours after payment is received.
We do not allow coupon codes on certain items, such as sale items, mystery kits, TN kits or other limited edition items.
Do you combine orders?
We can't combine any orders.
My stickers have a problem. Can I get a refund?
If you find anything wrong with your stickers, please contact us with a picture, so we can help as best as we can.
Please keep in mind the stickers are created in a home-based operation, allow slight imperfections.
Do you offer custom orders?
We can't offer customization at this time.
