What's your processing time?
2 TO 5 WEEKS, unless otherwise stated (please check the shop announcement or item description). Items are made to order.
When will I receive my order?
We can only offer an estimate, shipping times vary due to customs, weather and other mailing situations out of our control. Europe: 7 to 14 business days; Worldwide: 14 to 30 business days.
How can I track my orders?
We recommend that you use CTT website to track your order.
What if my order is lost?
If your order is taking longer than the estimate shipping time, you should contact your local postal services right away and open a claim. You can also contact us, so we can open a postal claim as well. If your order turns out to be lost , we can offer a refund, replacement or shop credit. An order is considered lost after 90 days of shipment date.
Please make sure your address is correct. Orders lost due to incorrect address won't be refunded or replaced.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
How much are your shipping fees?
This will depend on the destination and item type/weight. You can see the shipping costs before checkout. All orders include a tracking number.
Do you accept returns, cancellations or exchanges?
We don't accept returns or exchanges outside the EU.
Cancellations should be requested in 48 hours after payment is received.
We do not allow coupon codes on certain items, such as sale items.
Do you combine orders?
If your orders are placed a few days apart we might be able to combine, please contact us.
My stickers have a problem. Can I get a refund?
If you find anything wrong with your stickers, please contact us with a picture, and we'll arrange a solution - refund, replacement or shop credit.
Please keep in mind the stickers are created in a home-based operation, allow slight imperfections.
Do you offer custom orders?
We don't offer customization at this time.
