Shipping policy

Items are made to order unless otherwise stated, within the estimated processing time announced in the front page top bar, usually 2-3 weeks (times vary).

International customers: your order will be made and shipped from Portugal, Europe.

USA customers: your order will be made and shipped from the USA.

Estimate shipping times:
Europe: 3-10 business days;
USA: 3-6 business days;
Worldwide: 10 to 30 business days.

Shipping times will vary depending on factors outside of our control. If you order takes over 60 days to arrive please contact us.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, if located outside Europe or USA.
