Shipping policy

Items are made to order unless otherwise stated, within the estimated processing time (before shiping the order) an take 2-3 week, unless otherwise stated in the top ar information. Times will vary depending on demand.
Orders are shipped via CTT (national postal service).

If you'd like express shipping via UPS please contact us for a quote.

International customers: your order will be made and shipped from Portugal, Europe. 

USA customers: your order will be made and shipped from the USA.

Estimate shipping times (times will vary):
Europe: 3-15 business days;
USA: 3-8 business days;
Worldwide: 15 to 30 business days.

Shipping times will greatly vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as customs verification, weather, seasonal peaks, strikes and geopolitical factors. If your order takes over 60 days to arrive, please contact us and check with your national postal service.

An order is considered lost if the tracking number doesn't update after 90 days. We will replace lost or damaged orders. We can't replace stolen packages or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses .

Duties and import fees:
The customer is responsible for any import duties, if located outside EU or USA.
